Try booting into Safe Mode and logging in as Administrator and try to fix
things from there.

Ever since removing Norton Internet Security I have not be able to access
the printer and drive on the other computer.
When I go into Security Center it is greyed out where is says "change the
way security center alerts me" how can I fix this? the computers are using
XP Home edition with SP-2
