If I reboot, it's fine again.
Can anyone suggest what I can do (in fairly simple terms please!) to rectify
this?
You need to give more details like:
1) How do you connect to the Internet (Dial-up or broadband???)
2) Do you use a router?
Sorry, I connect via broadband (plusnet) using a netgear router.(3 pcs, two with cable connections and one wireless laptop). How do I get the response from ipconfig /all. It just flashes up on the screen then disappears again - how do I retain it to copy it?
Thanks for the help by the way.
OS is XP, browsers are IE 7 and firefox
