It seems to me the users has read only right in Sharing or Security. Do a
simple test. re-assign everyone full rights on Sharing and Security tabs. Or
this troubleshooting may help.

Running network with 2 computers at home using XPPro SP2. I can see all
drives on both but though sharing is set on both when on #1 I can copy
from
#2 but can not copy from #1 to #2. And when I am on #2 I can copy from #1
but can not copy to #2 to #1. Sharing is enabled on the folders I want to
copy to in each case.
Message in each case is "Cannot copy "d and b" Access is denied. Make
sure
disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in
use.
When I look at properties -> Security for #2 when on #1 I can see the
permissions and edit them. However whenI look at Properties -> security
for
#1 when on #2 all selections are greyed out and unavailable for editing.
However in each case I can see that the administrator has full control
over
the drive.
Any ideas.
