Yes, check any virus or spyware.

Hi,
Is this problem caused by Virus ?
Just after normal reboot,
http or ftp or telnet only works a couple of minutes just after
reboot. After a couple of min, it stops working.
But Ping and tracert always works.
I tried 'netsh winsock reset' and rebooted. Still same thing.
When I reboot XP with SafeMode(Network support), then all network
traffics work fine.
What would be a potential cause?
