It depends. I would check the username and workstation based on the Event viewer. Also in many cases, you may have a program running automatically but using the different password.

Hi Bob,
I'm a little confused since I'm not a network pro. Both machines have the
same user name and password. I did this because in the past I had the exact
same problem and by doing it this way there was no issues.
In reading the information you provided, it looks like I have to call
Microsoft for the hotfix? Perhaps I'm not understanding what the
documentation is telling me.
