There is not a Remote desktop connction option in the Communication tab
under
start. I have did the microsoft remote desktop download and some other
items
that I have found in help and support but I can still not get the remote
desktop option to appear. I am running XP tablet edition
Try this. Go to the "C:\Windows\System32" folder and find the "mstsc.exe"
file. Right click on the file and select "Create shortcut". Move that
shortcut to the "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start
Menu\Programs\Accessories\Communications" folder. The system may tell you
that you need to make this short cut on the desktop. Answer yes, then simply
cut the shortcut from the desktop and paste in the Communications folder.
Rename the shortcut "Remote Desktop Connection". You also may need to be an
administrator to do this...
