I have a user who wants to use her laptop on our network.
I can't change from workgroup to Domain. I do a ipconfig, it has all
the correct ip addresses, gateway, dns. I cant ping the server, cant
get out on the internet.
Even using a wirelss connection, I still can't see the network or the
internet.
When I look at the internet connection, the numbers are very low,
send 236, receive 13.
any assistance would be helpful.
Any third party firewall software?
What about in safe mode w/networking?
Event log errors?
