winxp static route problem

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have a winxp pro box with 3 nics on the same ip subnet. Each nic goes to a
physically diff subnet. I have static routing setup using xp's routing table
so I can get to each subnet when I remote into the box. Problem is when the
pc is restarted the routes dont work anymore. The routes are still in the
routing table but I have to delete them and re-enter the route to get it to
work again. I can understand this happening if the hex ID for the nic's
change but they didn't so I dont know what causes this. Is there anything I
can do to keep it from happening again? I normally leave the pc on all the
time but ocassionally I have to reboot it.
