I have been having constant internet activity lately. Icon ( both in

hardwired network do not have this problem. I had my trend micro
firewall
delete all allowed connections then had it prompt me for program access.
Nothing strange was prompted. Any help here?

Are you using hub or a switch to connect that computer to the
network? If it's a hub, you'll see traffic reaching all ports, even
if the traffic is only intended for one of them - but you say the
other computers don't have this problem...

... so get yourself a copy of TCPView from MS/Sysinternals -
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/Networking/TcpView.mspx

Which will show you which processes are generating the traffic.

Failing that - look in your trend micro firewall's logs, or plug in a
sniffer.
