My friends been trying for ages to get her laptop connected to her
broadband
router supplied by talk talk . She goes through the whole process cd etc
only
to get "cannot connect" she's been in touch with the techs at Talk Talk
who
have went through setting it up with her and they have had the same thing
"cannot connect" . They told her it must be something to do with MS and to
contact them. She has no other computers only the laptop which was only
bought at xmas Any help would be appreciated
The router may have a wireless security password that must be entered in the
wireless laptop setup. Check the router settings.
