In this case...computers and its software which has tens of thousands of
things that could go wrong. Which makes trouble shooting the one thing even
more difficult.

a baby could understand it.
It makes sense why explain any complicated topic in jargen that only the
trained know.........thus ....simple terms

OK, a few problems. The connection is still going out every hour and I
now cannot connect to some of my poker sites.
In paragraph 8 at the end you say "then click OK...and click OK
again...and for a third time click OK".
I only see two OKs and a close. Is the problem here.
I went back in and checked it three time ???
