Hi
FileZilla Client is sftp, but the OP has already a client sftp (WebDrive),
on the other hand Filezilla server is Not sftp.
So if security has to be maintained Filezilla is a No Go.

Matching client and server, does just about anything you'd need, and free.
If it's for inhouse use then I'd suggest blocking the conventional FTP
port
at the firewall, and only using SSL/TLS mode.
