No network on one machine

I took my computer apart to borrow the CD burner. Everything was
working fine before I touched it.

Now I have put the machine back together and I have no network on this
machine.

I can unplug the network cable and XP reports that it is unplugged.
When I plug it back in, I get a light on the card and a light on the
router.

I can not access the Internet or any of my networked drives.

Any suggestions?
