Hi Chuck

This is the info on ipconfig /all. I did this from my work . I still have
access to internet but I cannot enter the network per se because when I try
to find printers it can't find them . So I surely have something with my
laptop.

Thanks again

OK, Ron,

That's a good ipconfig log. You have a laptop, getting IP settings from the NAT
router. All settings there are good - details in my article.

So what are you getting "Not accessible. You might not have permission to use
network resourse." from?

I am at my home logged on my router. I can do the e-mail thing and the
internet thing. That being said nothing shows up in my MSHOME Workgroug and I
cannt use any printer functions. When I go to access Workgroup the error
says"Mshome is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resource. Contact the administrator of the server to find out if you
have access permissions. The list of servers for this workgroup is not
currently available."

Here's a start.

Which is it? We need both "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all", taken
simultaneously from each computer, so we can diagnose the problem. Read this
article, and linked articles, and follow instructions precisely (download
browstat!):
