Did you go through the new ISP's DSL setup? If you think you set up the
new DSL modem correctly and are still not getting on the Internet,
contact the ISP's tech support.

Otherwise have a knowledgeable friend (someone who's really
knowledgeable and not just someone who says they are) or a local
professional come on-site and set you up properly.
