What we did was create a .reg file that stored the network information we
wanted. We then burned that to a CD. Now, whenever our users come back, all
they need to do is double-click on the CD we provide them. Boom, instant
connection.
By the way, we put it on a CD that does not go with the user for security
reasons.

In my office network some users used to travel official in different
Cities.
When ever they again come to local network of my office i again have
to set their IP address, default gateway,proxy setting so that they can
again work in the local enviroment.
Is there any configuraiton setting in Windows Xp prof / home OS so that
user just have click/select on that & Laptop again came back with our
office setting.
