Hello. I am using a Linksys VPN router at my office and the Linksys
VPN client software at my home. I can successfully browse the shares
at my home from my office, but cannot browse the shares at my office
from my home. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be occurring?
I ruled out the obvious. I can ping the computer at the office, so I
know the VPN connection is active and the office computer is accessible
over the network. I am only running the Windows firewall, not any
third party firewall and have added exceptions to file and printer
sharing for my home subnet. I even tried turning off the Windows
firewall completely, to no avail. I am not sure what else I should be
checking. Thanks for any and all help.
