Is the server (the computer with My Documents shared) using Guest
authentication
(Advanced or Simple File Sharing), or non-Guest (Advanced File Sharing
only)?

If you're absolutely certain that non-Guest authentication is used, look
at
individual permissions problems.

I'd have to say I'm using Guest authentication, since I have SFS enabled.
How do I know if I'm using 'SFS or Advanced FS'?

If you have "Use simple file sharing" selected, you are running SFS.

If SFS is running, then Guest authentication is in force, and you simply won't
be able to share My Documents or any other personal folders, for network access.
