How "convert" favorites folder to a list...

I'm using a WinXP-pro PC and IE6. In the "Favorites" folder that has all my
links (shortcuts) to favorite websites... is there any way to quickly/easily
"convert" a batch of these to a *list* of URLs and send it to someone?

For instance, favorites are
ABC Corp
BrandZProducts
XYZ High Tech

I'd like to "covert" this to text, or links, or something to...
www.abc.com
www.brandz.net
www.xyzHT.com

I tried creating a blank WORD dcoument, then selecing all the icons > copy >
paste...

But this drops a lot of "objects" (square boxes with ABC Corp, BrandZ, etc.
in centers), and the recipient would have to double-click the object to
hyperlink to the website... It doesn't show the root URL until you get to
the site, plus double-clicking first brings up the *WARNING* message about
trusted source, etc. (I'd rather provide the recipient with just a list of
URLs like the above list)

Thanks,
George
