CAN U HELP PLEASE ????

This should help find the problem:

1. Right-click the local area network connection.

2. Click Status > Support > Details.

3. Note the values that it shows for IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default
Gateway, and DNS Server.

4. Open a command prompt window (Start > Run > Cmd) and type these
commands, substituting the actual values from above in the first
three. Each command should get four replies:

ping IP-address
ping Default-Gateway
ping DNS-Server
ping 4.2.2.1
ping google.com

If there are any failures, please post a news group reply giving:

1. The values that you found in #3 above.
2. The results of each command in #4 above.
