Hi Chuck. I have been doing alot of reading into the info you sent. I have a
question. How would you go about finding out if a 3rd party firewall were on
the computer? When checking in security it just has windows firewall on (both
computers).

Phil,

If you suspect that you have an unknown personal firewall, you're going to have
to look in several lists, for unrecognised entries.

Look in active processes.

Look in startup processes.

Look in LSP / Winsock.

But use the other diagnostics that I suggested. They should narrow things down
a bit.
