Remotely control printers?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi,

Does anybody know of a way that you can remotely control the
online/offline status of a printer? The printer in question is on a
Microsoft XP/2000 network and is shared. Even if there's a cool command
line utility to do it, that would be something!!!

Of course, I'm thinking "no" at the moment, just because the
offline/online option isn't available with a network printer for some
reason (standard right click menu on network printer.)

Any ideas!!?

Thanks!
