User accounts

Hello,

Why does my machine have an ADMINISTRATOR and an ADMINISTRATOR.MACHINENAME
account in Docs and Settings? Also, I deleted a user account some time ago
(and it's files) and recently re-created it with the same name and now, in
Docs and Settings, there's the ACCOUNTNAME and an ACCOUNTNAME.MACHINENAME.
Why?
