Also you can use Adminstrative Tools and Double click Local Security Policy
and Edit from there.
But you must be loged in as Administrator to do these changes.

I also don't have a folder in my windows folder that is labled Desktop do I
have creat one?

NO, just move to any folder in the Admin folders that you have easy access
to and can remember.

I am sorry. I know what I am doing with computers usally but
this seems to be greek to me for some reason.

Be patient, it is your only wisdome against these problems to be calm and

and open Widows Explorer and locate the following path;
C:\Documents and settings\All Users and move the Connection from the user
