Since it has 4 Ethernet ports, it's likely a modem / router combo. In the
router management screen, see if you can find MAC filtering. Or maybe IP
filtering, if you assign IP addresses by MAC addresses.
You'll likely need to have the MAC address of the computer that you want to
permit Internet access on. You can get the MAC address from "ipconfig /all".
