Destination Host Unreachable

When I try to ping the host www.fromlottospot.com from my main computer I receive the error message "Destination Host Unreachable". However, if I try the same thing from either my laptop or media center PC I can ping it without any problems.

All three systems are on the same network (although the laptop is connected wirelessly), and all are running Windows XP Pro SP2 (except the Media center with is running Windows XP MCE 2005)

I have tried all the recommendations here:

Any ideas?
