For some reason, my router cannot pull an IP from my Motorola Surfboard
cable modem. When my PC is connected to the router, it gets an IP just
fine, but for some reason the router cannot (and I have 2 of them, both
experiencing this problem). Any advice?

Did you remove Norton to try and fix the problem or for some other reason?... info on router settings you might check them just in case, ...spyware which is a HUGE source of internet problems these days. ...
