With a domain you can install printers for users, but in a workgroup it
sounds like you have found the best solution.

it under admin, it is windows xp, and im wondering how i can add this

to everyones profiles that logon to the computer without them having to do
it? There incapable lol.

i run into this all the time, and usually just send eveyrone a help
document showing them how to do it.
