We had a network between two computers. Previously it was a peer to peer
using Co-axial cable. This functioned well but was very slow.
We upgraded to a ethernet hub. Now each computer sees the other. The XP can
access shared folders on the "98". However, when we try to access folders on
the XP from the other we get a demand for a password. Never having had to
have a password before we are rather puzzled. If we click OK without entering
we get a password invalid message.
Where & how do we set a password so that the XP will be accessible from the
"98".
Thanks in advance.
