Network statistics

Hi Chuck:
C3 is the one computer I am not having a problem with. It is C1 that I
cannot access.
Could the problem be with the Guest accounts? Guest account is off on all
three systems.

Since you've checked simple stuff like restrictanonymous, why not
provide
"browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each computer, so we can
diagnose the
problem. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow
instructions
precisely (download browstat!):
