Perhaps there is already an autorun.inf there, which you do not have
permissions to over-write?

i have a problem trying to copy an autorun.inf file to an xp pro share. if
i
rename the file to anythinElse.inf. i can copy it? for the autorun.inf i
get
access denied, i can copy autorun.txt, anything.inf, but not autorun.inf!
why?
