Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have had two clients encounter a problem with connecting to secure (https)
sites. One fixed it by switching over from IE to Firefox, the other by
upgrading Norton to the latest version. Worth a try at least.
