The ich.sys file is for your Sony modem driver, so there is a problem
with the driver or the physical hardware. Go to Sony's tech support
website for your specific model computer and install the latest modem
driver. If that solves the issue, great. If it doesn't solve the issue,
then call Sony tech support because the modem itself is damaged and you
can't fix laptop hardware yourself.
