There are lots of possible reasons for "Access Denied". If you want to wait for
Microsoft, fine. Or we can try and help you now.

One of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall, but there are other possibilities too. What
antivirus product do you use? What complete and exact error message do you see?
