Your report suggests that you have done a bit of work so far. But is it
organised? Take some time, and read:

One of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall, but there are other possibilities too. What
firewalls and antivirus / antiworm protection do you have? Details matter here,
so be complete.

If you have 2 computers connected, and getting Internet service, thru a router,
you're probably OK there.

If no help yet, provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each
