Charles,

You have 2 problems.
# IPX / SPX.
# IPV6.

I'd guess you have IPX/SPX for your games playing. That's fine, though its
presence may make diagnosing your problem a bit more complicated than it should
be. But let's start by working on the IPV6 issue.

After you remove IPV6 from Jessica, post updated "browstat status" and "ipconfig
/all" from both computers. We'll go from there.
