You didn't give us any details of the programs you used to clean your
machine. Do you have a full-featured current version (not earlier than
2004) antivirus installed? Is its subscription active and the virus
definitions current?

Start by scanning with either Sysclean or Dave Lipman's Multi-AV:

After your initial scanning with one of these first-line antivirus
tools, if you don't have an av installed get one, update its
definitions, and do a thorough scan in Safe Mode.

Continue with general malware removal in a systematic fashion, doing
everything with updated tools in Safe Mode:
