Lexmark Optra T610

I have a lexmark T610 and every time you send a print job to it the
following message comes up on the display:

Change Tray 1 Plain Letter

Once we push the (*) key or "select" we are able to print. Does anyone
know where to go under the menu options set it up so this doesn't
happen every time you print?
