Re: Access denied when trying to connect to XP Pro from XP Home

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I am having the same sort of problem
Both PCs are in the same workgroup
I am an administrator on both the Pro and home PCs using the same password
I can see the home PC form the Pro Pc but cannot connect to it.
File sharing is turned on.
When I connect another Pro computer to the network i can share files and
printers between the two pro computers with no problems.
