What do you mean "new items"? Do you mean new computers? It depends on
what operating system and how the computer is set up. In many cases
simply plugging an ethernet cable into the new computer and turning it
on is enough. If the computer already has dialup configured or a proxy
server or the like, then yes you can run the Setup Wizard from Internet
Properties>Connections>Set up connection manually.
