Start by looking for misconfigured / overlooked firewalls, and by checking
registry setting restrictanonymous, on each computer.

Next, since you have XP Home, is Guest activated on each?

If no help yet, provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each
computer, so we can diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked
