XP IIS Page passing Cookies

I have IIS 5.1 setup on my XP Pro SP2 sys and have created WEB pages that
pass cookies. These pages loaded from (Inetpub) on my NT Server by this XP
machine will Receive/Process the cookies passed but not if the pages are
loaded from (Inetpub) on the XP machine to the same XP machine.
XP - IE6 - Load page from (Inetpub) NT - OK
XP - IE6 - Load from (Inetpub) XP - Not OK
