Re: Upgrading XP home edition to XP Pro

I have a customer that has 9 PCs in a workgroup / p2p network. One PC has
the primary database on it and all others access it and also access a
broadband connection via DSL router. All of this was working fine. Over the
past few months, they have had problems where one PC could not access the
database on the 'server'. By the way, the 'server' is just another peer
running XP Home. All PCs have XP Home as a matter of fact, except one that
has XP Pro. I am trying to determine if there is some type of connection
limit going on and if upgrading the XP Home pcs to Pro will make any
difference. Any ideas?
