Changing to XP Home Edition

Presently, I have 2 computers networked, both with Windows98SE, have
wireless, DSL. (Will be switching services after new computer purchase)
Need to replace host computer. Will it be OK to go with XP Home or do I need
Pro? Will I have problems with the other computer being Windows 98SE?
I appreciate any help/comments.
