Windows messenger remote assistant

I am attempting to use Remote assistant to take over another desktop to
resolve a problem. The specific compter that I am attempting to connect to
sends me the request I accept but the connection does not complete. I get
the error. "remote host name could not be resolved." I have used the
remote assistant with several other computers to take control of the desktop
and fix what ever the issues are. I have not seen this error message before.
Any suggestions
