Internet problem

I am having problems connecting to the internet..It started yesterday and I
have no idea why as I didn't do anything different to the pc.
I do share a connection with another pc and that one is not having any
problems.

I can get my email on this pc with no problems, it's just connecting to the
internet.

When I first click on the internet button nothing loads, there will be no
web name in the address bar or anything. If I click stop and then refresh the
page will load, or if I type in the web addy it will load.
Some times I have to click twice on a link for the page to load and even
after doing that sometimes I will get a Accona search page saying the page
can not be found.

I have unhooked all the interent cables and put them back, I have made
another internet connection, I have done a system restore and I still have
this problem.

Can someone plase help me?
