OK, Robert,

Three issues here:
1) Since you have 2 computers, we need to look at diagnostics for both. Both
"browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" for each give a complete picture.
2) Did you copy browstat.exe to a Path folder?

3) This being a technical help thread, and not general chat, we will proceed
much easier if you will kindly type all responses to me AFTER my posts (ie
bottom post please). Hella easier to follow. I will snip as appropriate.
4) The Regedit fix is not generally a solution, just a cleanup to make it
sometimes easier to find the problem. If it didn't produce results, we will
work around it.
