Robert,

Slow response in Network Neighborhood is generally caused by configuration of
the computer with the response problem. I can think of 2 possibilities easily.
# Excessive protocols.

If no help yet, provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" for both
computers, and we'll look further.
