MS What Is going on with networking?

Looking at all the recent post in newsgroups and everywhere else it is obvious that one of patches must have caused all the problems people (including me) are having on their home networks! It has happened to many people who had working networks before and now they can"t access other PC's or share files on their home networks. I hope MS can come out with a patch to fix this mess soon!

Chuck in this group suggested to change the restrict anonymous setting in the registry and I did that on the XP Home PC and the 2 XP Pro pc's and now all 3 can see each other and share files! ...
