Ahmed,

What's different about this one computer? From the report that you've made, I
suspect:
# Browser conflict.
# Address / name resolution problem.
# Permissioning problem.

If you can start by providing diagnostics for say 3 computers - let's use the
computer that you're working from, one other properly working computer, and the
problem computer, I think we can advise you efficiently. Please read this
article, and relevant linked articles, and provide output from "browstat status"
and "ipconfig /all" for those 3 computers, so we can advise you effectively.
